Refund Policy

1. Refund Eligibility Overview

At Build Your Tech Solutions, we strive to ensure 100% customer satisfaction. Refunds are processed under the following eligible conditions:

• Order Cancellation Before Dispatch: Orders cancelled before shipping courier pickup are eligible for a 100% full refund.
• Dead on Arrival (DOA) / Manufacturing Defects: Components that fail to function upon receipt or exhibit manufacturing defects verified within 7 days of delivery.
• Incorrect Item Received: If the product received does not match the invoice order specification.
• Out of Stock / Unavailable Inventory: If a ordered product cannot be fulfilled due to stock unavailability, a immediate 100% refund is initiated.

2. Non-Refundable Items & Services

The following products and services are non-refundable once delivered or executed:

• Custom PC assembly and cable management labor fees (once physical assembly is completed).
• Products with broken warranty seals, physical damage, burnt PCBs, or liquid damage caused by improper installation or overclocking.
• Software licenses, digital activation keys, and operating system packages once unsealed.

3. Refund Processing Timelines

Once your return is received at our Raipur store and verified by our technical testing team:

• Prepaid Orders (UPI / Netbanking / Credit & Debit Cards / Cashfree / Razorpay): Refunds are credited back to the original payment source within 5 to 7 business days.
• Store Pickup / Cash Payments: Refunds are issued via Bank Transfer (NEFT/IMPS) or UPI within 24 to 48 hours.
• An updated GST Credit Note is issued against your original GST Tax Invoice (GSTIN: 22DBMPC7114K1ZS).
