1. Store Overview & Legal Entity Structure

Build Your Tech Solutions (website: https://byts.store) is a computer hardware engineering, custom PC assembly, and desktop repair enterprise owned and legally operated by Divy Chandrawanshi (Sole Proprietor / Client Legal Name). Throughout this document and our platform, the terms "Build Your Tech Solutions", "BYTS", "we", "us", and "our" refer to Divy Chandrawanshi operating under the trade name Build Your Tech Solutions.

2. Product Pricing & GST Tax Invoicing

All prices listed on our platform are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes unless specified otherwise.

• Every order is issued an official GST Tax Invoice under GSTIN: 22DBMPC7114K1ZS.
• We reserve the right to modify prices, discount codes, or promotional offers at any time without prior notice.
• In the event of a typographical pricing error, Build Your Tech Solutions reserves the right to cancel affected orders and issue a 100% full refund to the original payment method.

3. Custom PC Assembly & Repair Services

Build Your Tech Solutions provides professional custom system assembly and component-level desktop repair services:

• Custom Builds: Custom PC configurations undergo rigorous 25-point stress testing, thermal benchmarking, and cable management prior to dispatch.
• Repair Services: Hardware drop-offs at our Raipur store receive a preliminary diagnostic report. Component replacement costs are communicated before service execution.
• Data Safety Disclaimer: Customers are advised to back up all personal data before handing over devices for repair. Build Your Tech Solutions is not liable for data loss during hardware servicing.

4. Express Checkout Gateways & Transaction Security

We accept payments through Shiprocket 1-Click Express Checkout supporting instant UPI, Netbanking, Credit/Debit Cards, EMI, and Cash on Delivery (COD). All transaction processing is encrypted under PCI-DSS standards.

5. Shipping & Express Delivery Policy

We offer Pan-India express courier shipping for all hardware components and custom PC builds. Orders over ₹999 qualify for Free Express Shipping. Tracking information is sent via SMS/WhatsApp upon dispatch.

6. Warranty & Technical Support

All brand-new components sold by Build Your Tech Solutions carry full manufacturer brand warranty as provided by respective brands (e.g., Intel, AMD, NVIDIA, ASUS, MSI, Corsair, Samsung, Logitech).

• For warranty claims during the manufacturer warranty period, customers may approach authorized service centers or contact our Raipur store for RMA guidance.
• Open Box and Certified Pre-Owned items carry specified warranty terms detailed on their respective product pages.

7. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal disputes or claims arising hereunder shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Raipur, Chhattisgarh, India.
