1. 7-Day Replacement & Return Policy
Build Your Tech Solutions offers a 7-Day Replacement Guarantee on all hardware components and peripherals against manufacturing defects, shipping damage, or incorrect shipments:
- The product must be reported within 7 days of delivery as recorded by courier tracking.
- All original packaging boxes, static bags, user manuals, driver CDs, accessories, and GST tax invoice must be returned intact.
- Products will be inspected by our technical engineers upon arrival at our Raipur service center.
2. Mandatory Unboxing Video Requirement
To protect against transit damage and missing items during shipping:
- Customers are strongly requested to record a continuous, unedited unboxing video while opening the courier package.
- The unboxing video must clearly show the shipping label, package condition, and physical condition of the product inside.
- Claims for transit damage or missing components without an unboxing video will not be accepted by shipping insurance providers.
3. Dead on Arrival (DOA) & Brand Warranty Claims
If a component fails to power on or function out of the box:
- Within 7 Days of Delivery: We provide an immediate direct replacement from our inventory or process a full refund if out of stock.
- After 7 Days: Products enter the manufacturer's brand warranty period. Customers can claim warranty via authorized brand service centers across India (e.g., ASUS, MSI, Gigabyte, Intel, AMD, Corsair) or drop off the item at our store for RMA assistance.
4. Return Shipping Process
For verified defective or wrong items, Build Your Tech Solutions arranges reverse pickup via our logistics partners at no extra charge. If reverse pickup is unavailable in your area code, shipping costs incurred by the customer (up to ₹250) will be reimbursed upon proof of shipping receipt.
- Exchange / Replacement Delivery: Exchanges and replacements will be delivered within 7–10 working days from the date the returned product is received and verified at our Raipur service center.
