• Free Express Shipping: Available on all orders with a cart total of ₹999 and above.
• Standard Express Shipping: Flat rate of ₹99 applies for orders under ₹999.
• Store Pickup: Free local pickup available directly at our Raipur store during business hours.

2. Order Dispatch & Delivery Timelines

All orders placed at Build Your Tech Solutions are processed rapidly from our central warehouse in Raipur, Chhattisgarh:

• Individual Hardware Components: Dispatched within 24 business hours of order verification.
• Custom PC Builds: Dispatched within 2 to 4 business days (allowing time for custom assembly, stress testing, and thermal benchmarking).
• Estimated Transit Time: Metro cities (2 - 4 days), Rest of India (3 - 6 days).
• Overall Delivery: Orders will be delivered within 7–10 working days from the date of order confirmation.

3. Heavy-Duty Protective Packaging & Transit Insurance

Computer hardware demands extreme care during transit:

• Multi-Layer Shock Protection: Components are encased in heavy-duty bubble wrap, foam corner bumpers, and sturdy outer corrugated boxes.

4. Tracking & Courier Support

Once your shipment is dispatched, automated SMS and WhatsApp tracking links are dispatched to your registered phone number. You can also view live tracking in your Account dashboard.
